Toronto, ON M5X 1C7Any staff person who receives any challenge of Northern Citadel Bancorp Inc. or Northern Citadel Mortgage Investment Trust compliance with the Principles under Schedule 1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, or any other complaint regarding Personal Information and/or Investor Relations shall immediately forward it to the Privacy Compliance Officer, Northern Citadel Bancorp Inc.
Upon receipt of any such challenge or complaint, the Privacy Compliance Officer shall:
- Advise legal counsel of the complaint.
- Together with legal counsel, investigate the complaint and determine whether all or part of it is justified.
- Within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint, inform the individual of the determination(s), and if the individual is not satisfied, provide the individual with the name and address of the President of Northern Citadel Bancorp Inc. so that the individual can contact the President and provide the individual with copies of Appendixes A and B of this Policy.
- If any part of the complaint is found to be justified, ensure Northern Citadel Bancorp Inc. takes the appropriate measures, which may include amending these Policies and Procedures.

The person may also file a complaint with the federal government’s Privacy Commissioner at 112 Kent Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1H3, or in Quebec, contact the Commission d’accès à l’information , 575, St-Amable, Suite 1-10, Québec, PQ, G1R 2G4.
